Pims Workflow – Support Information

Username

Internal/Company users
Your name as stated in the wintershalldea.com email address (for example John.Doe)

External/Contractor users
Your full email address (for example Jane.Doe@example.com)

Password

If you have forgotten your password, please contact the Administrator.

If you wish to update your password, you can do this when logged in by clicking your username in the upper right corner of the form, and selecting Change Password.
Password requirements:

• Cannot containt your username (login) or parts of your full name
• Minimum length: 10 characters
• Contain characters from three of the following four categories:
• English uppercase characters (A through Z)
• English lowercase characters (a through z)
• Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
• Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)

New user?

If you wish to request a Pims Workflow user, please contact the Pims Workflow Administrator.

State what project you require access to, and if there is an existing user you request the same access as.

If urgent and the Administrator is not available, please contact System Developer.
